Thanks to Spatial Focus' broad range of experience in the geospatial arena, we and our employees are sometimes called upon to give presentations or head up seminars. Here are some samples of the presentation work we have done, for your edification and viewing pleasure.

  • GeoAuditing: This presentation discusses how addresses can be used with GIS tools to identify properties and customers who are not properly represented on tax rolls and billing lists. There are 21 slides in PDF format.

  • FGDC/ASWG Draft Thoroughfare, Landmark and Postal Address Data Standard: These presentation is from the Address Standard Working Group of which Ms. Wells and Ms. Yurman are co-chairs, on the current draft of the Address Standard being prepared for FGDC through URISA. One is a general review of the Standard, and the second is an update on the progress of approval of the Standard.
