Description SAGIS is a consortium of Effingham County, the City of Savannah, and Savannah Electric Company, in Georgia. The consortium wanted to look at existing addresses, and learn how to clean them and maintain an address repository. At the time, they lacked centerlines with address ranges. Meetings were held with the regional Postal Center, which was able, in exchange for current street maps from SAGIS, to provide carrier route and ZIP+4 information to assist SAGIS in developing the address ranges and address points. Spatial Focus assisted in this process, and prepared a Plan for SAGIS.
