Spatial Focus was retained by St. Louis County to assist in evaluating a pilot addressing project and data model based on the FGDC Address Standard. Spatial Focus reviewed the County's work, and suggested strategies and methods for developing a Standard-compliant master address repository that would support E-911, criminal justice activities (crime reporting, court functions, analysis), and other County services. A set of specifications for the repository development was also prepared. Several presentations were made to a variety of County and city officials and staff, and to private utility providers concerning the Addressing Project. |
