Description of Work	Spatial Focus prepared a plan for the development and implementation of a Master Address Repository. We also developed and documented standards for address assignment and management, as well as data format and exchange standards. Spatial Focus also extracted over 1.5 million address records from existing District databases, and compiled and quality controlled the master street name list. Spatial Focus was then retained as the project manager and quality control vendor, managing the development of the Master Address Repository, and performing quality assurance on data coming from an outside vendor.
