Spatial Focus was retained by Cabarrus County to develop an implementation plan for the development of an enterprise Address Repository. In addition, a new E-911 Dispatching System was being implemented, as was a new permitting and workflow management system. Interfaces with these two systems were required. After the plan was completed, the County retained Spatial Focus to assist in the development of the repository, design of the interfaces and quality assurance of all address information. During the time, Spatial Focus also assisted the County to perform a Level 1 LUCA (Local Update of Census Addresses) which located approximately 12,000 addresses known to exist in the County but missing from the Census records. |
